Rule proposal to add an alternative method to evaluate the Grow-out test of fluorescent ryegrass seedlings in the Rules vol. 1, sec. 5.2.c.; and add the same alternative method in the protocol of grow-out test of fluorescent ryegrass seedlings in the AOSA Cultivar Purity Testing Handbook, 2008 and subsequent updates.
