Kassahun specializes in quantitative analysis and evaluation of public policies aimed at achieving sustainable economic development in Africa. He completed his PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California, Davis, and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University as well as BA & MSc degrees in economics from Addis Ababa University.
